What do we do in Fruity Fridays?

Fruity Fridays is a weekly zoom call. We often have a guest speaker who has been chosen as their message is relevant and of interest to anyone currently practising a raw vegan diet and lifestyle.

You can participate or simply listen and learn and even ask questions to the audience.
